Prison Mental Health Clinician — Early-Custody Care

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced RMN to join our prison mental health team. You will assess health and social care needs, formulate care plans, and work with multi-disciplinary colleagues to implement treatment within a prison setting.

You will carry a defined caseload, participate in risk management, ensure CPA-compliant care, and contribute to pre-release planning and safeguarding across services.
