Residential Architect Lead – Projects (Flexible/WFH)

Pencil and Brick is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead residential projects from concept to delivery in our Brick Lane studio. You’ll mentor junior staff, coordinate design stages, and contribute to a design-led practice focused on quality delivery.

Key requirements include ARB registration with 5+ years UK experience, extensive private residential work, and strong technical/design coordination skills. Friday WFH and generous leave support a balanced, collaborative culture.
