McGregor Boyall is partnering with a well-funded AI startup to hire an Applied AI Engineer. The role involves building production AI features, designing agent workflows and helping shape product and technical direction from an early stage.

You will work across models, infrastructure and product teams in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment. Expect exposure to modern LLMs, RAG, vector databases and end-to-end ML deployment. Salary £80,000-£180,000 plus equity.
