Education Projects Lead – Inclusion & Improvement

Cardiff Council’s Education and Lifelong Learning Directorate is seeking an experienced project leader to drive strategic school improvement, inclusion, and planning initiatives across the city.

Based at County Hall, Cardiff Bay, you will oversee planning, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring clear objectives, strong governance, and timely progress.

A collaborative approach with schools and external partners is essential, with flexible Welsh language considerations welcomed but not required.
