FLT Driver (Counterbalance) – 4 on 4 off Days & Nights
Location: Telford
Pay rate: £13.53 per hour
Shift: 12‑hour shifts – rotating days & nights, 4 on 4 off pattern
We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing environment in Telford.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well‑established company operating a 4 on 4 off, 24/7 shift pattern.
The Role
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock and finished products around site
- Supplying production lines with materials
- Completing routine safety checks
- Supporting warehouse and production operations as required
Approximately 80% of your shift will be spent on the FLT.
Requirements
- Valid and in‑date FLT Counterbalance licence – ESSENTIAL
- Previous FLT experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- 4 on 4 off rotation
- 12‑hour shifts
- Rotating days and nights
Pay Rate
£13.53 per hour
