LGV 7.5 Tonne Driver

Overview

We are recruiting an experienced 7.5 tonne driver for a specialist medical logistics role based in Tiverton. The role involves delivering and collecting medical equipment to and from hospitals to ensure vital services remain uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect used medical equipment from hospital theatres
• Deliver replacement equipment to designated hospital sites
• Maintain a structured daily schedule
• Ensure safe, secure, and clean transport of goods
• Liaise professionally with hospital staff and depot personnel

Requirements

• At least 12 months’ experience operating 7.5 tonne vehicles
• No more than 3 penalty points on your licence due to insurance restrictions
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Dependability, punctuality, and professional attitude

• Immediate start for the successful candidate
• Pay rate of £13.50 per hour on PAYE Accrued plus £1.62 per hour holiday pay, equating to £15.12 per hour on PAYE Advanced
