Reservations Specialist – 5-Star Hotel & Growth Path

Sofitel Heathrow is seeking a Reservation Agent to provide warm, attentive service and expert knowledge of the hotel’s rooms and facilities. You will assist guests with reservations, changes and cancellations by phone and email, and help guests choose rates and packages.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organization, and a professional appearance. Prior 5-star hotel experience and Opera PMS/Marsha knowledge are advantageous.
