Lead Early Help Family Support Worker (0-11)

Hull City Council invites applications for an Early Help Family Support Worker based at Marfleet Family Hub. The role focuses on providing early, targeted support to families with children aged 0–11, coordinating responses with multiple agencies to prevent problems from escalating and to promote positive outcomes.

You will develop and deliver early help plans, run learning and play groups, and conduct home visits to engage families, with supervision and safeguarding at the core of practice.
