Part-Time Community Healthcare Assistant — Home Visits & Care

NHS Wendover Complex Care Team is seeking a Community Healthcare Assistant for 22.5 hours per week (Mon-Wed, 8:30am-4:30pm). You will visit patients in their homes to monitor health, record vitals, and support care planning within the primary care network at Wendover Health Centre.

The role focuses on compassionate, high-quality home-based care for housebound patients, with opportunities to develop community-based nursing skills under supervision.
