Hearings & Adjudication Coordinator

The Nursing and Midwifery Council is recruiting Hearing Coordinators to support the Fitness to Practise process. The role focuses on running hearings that are fair, well-managed and compliant with statutory frameworks, protecting the public.

You will coordinate Chairs, panel members, legal advocates, registrants and witnesses, ensure a smooth flow, draft formal written outcomes, and work in a dynamic, public-facing environment with high standards of integrity and clarity.
