Community IV Nurse – Home Visits (Company Car)

Ashfield Healthcare is seeking a Community IV Nurse in Leeds to deliver specialist care to patients receiving TPN and OPAT in their homes. You will work autonomously, build long-term relationships with patients, and provide education and ongoing support to enable safe self-management.

The role requires NMC/NMBI registration, at least one year post-registration experience, a valid UK or Irish driving licence, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
