Impactful Care Support Assistant – SLD School

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a Care Support Assistant at a specialist school in Grays to help children with severe learning difficulties during the school day. You’ll assist with learning, personal care, communication, mobility and sensory needs to support independence and confidence.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists and staff in a nurturing environment, with ongoing training and safeguarding checks to ensure a safe, inclusive setting for every pupil.
