Leaders in Care are currently supporting a Council in the South West to recruit for an experienced CWD social worker – you can expect flexible working and a long stable contract – prior experience is essential as this is a specialised and specific role where you will be working with vulnerable children and sound knowledge of complex disabilities is a must. – 3 days required on site but flexible home working is granted for the other 2 days.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Working alongside family/carers
- Manage a case load of CWD cases including CP, LAC & Court Work
- Conduct family visits and complete assignments
