Working closely with the Students’ Union Graphic Designer, the Editor oversees the organisation and production of the Bucks Student newspaper. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for writing, a keen eye for grammar, is able to work to tight deadlines and wants to gain valuable experience working with an established publication.

Key responsibilities include:

• recruiting and encouraging other students to write articles for the paper
• producing layout plans for each edition
• researching articles
• generating content
• editing content
• proofreading
• helping promote the newspaper around campus and digitally.
