Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic health care team. Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs to develop individualised treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic programs to improve patients’ ability to perform daily activities.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for home use.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with health care regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health care setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
• Driving/Access to a Vehicle is essential for this role.
