Qualified Mental Health Social Worker — Hybrid Front Door

Remedy Social Work is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join Salford County Council’s Mental Health Front Door team. You will conduct visits and assessments to determine service needs, supporting the contact team and ensuring safe, effective care planning.

Hybrid working is available, with up to two days per week from home. Ensure HCPC registration is maintained and safeguarding standards are upheld throughout the locum placement.
