Adult Social Care Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Make applications in the Court of Protection, including advocacy.
• Make applications in the High Court.
• Undertake Age Assessments and JR’s.
• Make applications for displacement of nearest relatives in the County Court.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in all aspects of adult social care law.
• Familiarity with the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Work Conditions

This role is hybrid, with Monday’s in the office and the rest of the week working from home.
