Health & Social Care Tutor (Hybrid) – Apprenticeships L2–L5

Smart Training and Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health and Social Care Tutor for a hybrid role with remote work and regional travel across the Isle of Wight and Solent. You will deliver Apprenticeships Levels 2 to 5 and conduct observations to ensure high standards in care education.

This permanent, full-time position requires skills in assessing and validating observations, with a focus on quality and learner support. Travel to learner sites will be occasional but essential to the role.
