Autonomous Design Manager – Residential Projects Lead

Arise Recruit Ltd is representing a growing residential contractor in London seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead all design activities from inception to completion on high quality residential developments. The role is based in South London and Surrey with offices near Gatwick, offering autonomy within a collaborative team.

You will coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and specialist designs, manage design programmes, and prepare handover documentation and O&M manuals.
