Overview
Flexi‑Bank is a collaborative staff bank hosted by Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. It offers greater choice, flexibility and access to a wider range of opportunities across both organisations. This role involves managing nursing care for a specific group of service users within the Flexi‑Bank framework.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care needs of a specific group of people who use our services.
- Mentor, supervise and teach qualified and unqualified staff including students.
- Lead the care for a specified group of service users.
- Participate in the recruitment, deployment and management of staff.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
Location
Horizon House, Epsom, KT17 4QJ.
