We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with strong expertise in the Banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer and this role requires building high‑performance, secure banking applications implementing state management and ensuring compliance with strict financial cybersecurity standards.
Your Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Flutter/Dart combined with a solid foundational knowledge of native Android (Java, Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns such as BLoC, Provider or Riverpod
- Hands‑on experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, data encryption in transit, and unit/widget testing
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, Jenkins), and Agile methodologies and Jira
- Translating complex Figma UI designs into responsive, pixel‑perfect layouts
- Identifying memory leaks and ensuring smooth 60fps animations
- Collaborating closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver secure financial features
- Adhering to client cybersecurity policies and SOX compliance requirements
