Home Support Matters is seeking a compassionate Rapid Responder to cover Dereham and surrounding areas. You will be deployed by Norfolk’s Emergency Duty Team to provide overnight support, staying awake to observe and reassure clients in their homes.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, reliable transport, and excellent English. Shifts include nights, with flexible options and training provided to ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care.
