Rent Income Officer – Hybrid Working (Local Gov)

Positive Employment is recruiting an Income Officer for a local government organisation in Wembley, London. You will support the Rent Income Team in delivering rent collection services to council tenants using face‑to‑face, telephone, email and virtual communications.

The role is temporary for 3 months with a possibility to extend and involves hybrid working. You will work with Welfare Advisors and Income Management to ensure confidential, empathetic service delivery.
