Strategic Growth & M&A Leader

Tesco UK in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to shape and execute the Group’s growth strategy. You will lead strategic initiatives including acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures and divestments, reporting to senior leadership and engaging with the Executive and Board.

You will drive due diligence, financial modelling and transaction materials, while coordinating with external advisors and internal teams to optimise portfolio value.
