E3R are recruiting for a Production Operative to join the Specials Department at our client’s site in Almondsbury, Bristol. Immediate start with a 5 on 5 off shift pattern, aiming for long-term permanent opportunities and a competitive salary of £35,587 (£16.29 per hour).

The role includes a factory bonus up to 5%, on-site parking, and a strong safety culture within a reputable manufacturer. Candidates should be hands-on, reliable, and able to work in a team or independently.
