Patient Care Navigator & Triage Coordinator

The Afternoon Triage Co-Ordinator role in Banbury is part of the NHS alongside a dedicated triage team. You will advocate for patients, navigate care pathways, and signpost to the most appropriate services. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and a patient‑centred approach to ensure timely access to care.
