Behaviour Mentor – East London – September Start

110-135 per day – Full Time

We are seeking confident and resilient Behaviour Mentors to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs across East London secondary schools and PRUs.

The Role:

• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
• Managing challenging behaviour
• Supporting emotional regulation and engagement
• Working closely with pastoral teams

Requirements:

• Experience with challenging behaviour
• Youth work or mentoring background desirable
• Calm and professional approach
