Pulse Healthcare is recruiting a Service Delivery Lead for Our Future Health in Oxford. The role involves clinical leadership of HCAs/Phlebotomists, ensuring safety and governance while supporting staff scheduling and escalation of issues.

Shifts are flexible, with opportunities to work 1–2 days or up to full-time as needed. Experience drawing blood and right to work in the UK are required; SDL experience is desirable but not essential.
