Duty Team Manager, Children & Family Social Care

Remedy Social Care, on behalf of Wigan Council, is seeking a Duty Team Manager to join the Duty and Assessments service. The role focuses on leading one of the Duty Teams to ensure effective service delivery, support social workers in managing complex and high‑risk cases, and safeguard standards.

You will work in partnership with children, young people and parents to engage with the process and promote good outcomes for all, coordinating initial assessments and ensuring timely decision making
