Tenant Liaison & Communications Officer

RG Setsquare is seeking an IT-literate, driver-equipped RLO to join our Midlands-based team on a 10-year framework for maintenance and void works. The role focuses on keeping tenants updated, handling queries, and investigating complaints to provide timely resolutions and clear updates.

You will coordinate with contractors, inform building users of planned works, attend consultation evenings, and support social value projects while maintaining proactive communication with tenants and clients.
