Задачи

  • Create design system components in Figma, demonstrating a strong understanding of interaction design and UI best practices;
  • Produce high‑quality, responsive UI designs that balance usability and accessibility;
  • Produce component documentation and manage design tokens;
  • Approach situations through a design systems lens, considering the reusability of design elements;
  • Contribute to the design system strategy across platforms and support decision‑making at the team level;
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally and nurture team collaboration;
  • Make informed decisions during the design process balancing user needs, business considerations, and accessibility compliance;
  • Communicate ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

Требования

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a UX/UI role;
  • Good working understanding of front‑end practices and atomic design principles;
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma, including auto layout, components, variables, and library management;
  • Confident communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback;
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities;
  • Collaborative and iterative mindset;
  • Good understanding or experience of designing with WCAG or A11y guidelines;
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Widgetbook, desire to mentor and guide junior members of the team, understanding of user psychology.
