• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities to children in the playroom.
• Support children’s physical, emotional and social development with enthusiasm and positivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to statutory nursery ratio and health‑safety standards.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling and work at times that best fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• 1. The Qualified Pros (Level 2 & Level 3): Hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma).
• The following pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements for this tier: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care.
• 2. The Experienced Unqualified Heroes: Practical experience in a nursery and a natural, vibrant flair for childcare. Recent, verifiable professional experience is required.
• What you must bring to the floor:
• The Spark: Relentless passion for early childhood, bulletproof reliability and a positive, uplifting mindset.
• The Safety Shield: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If not currently held, a commitment to complete training is required.
