ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is recruiting a Chef for a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) to deliver high-quality food within Defence settings in the UK. You will lead kitchen teams, manage menus, and ensure exceptional service while following strict health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or an NVQ equivalent, a Food Hygiene certificate, and has prior supervisory experience. A flexible approach to working shifts is required.
