Regional Training Lead – Health & Social Care

Barchester is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to deliver induction and on-going training across four homes in Witney and surrounding areas, with periodic travel to Jersey. You will work with Home Managers to implement individual development plans and maintain training calendars.

The role requires 2+ years in training, a driving licence, and knowledge of care sector regulations. Competitive salary, car allowance, and equipment provided. Travel will be paid with accommodation.
