Senior Deputy Social Worker – Mental Health & Safeguarding Lead

Thornford Park Hospital in Thatcham is seeking a Deputy Lead Social Worker to join Elysium Healthcare. You will manage and support a caseload of individuals with mental health conditions, carrying out assessments, CPA reports and Mental Health Tribunals, and deputise for the Lead Social Worker in meetings.

You will lead safeguarding for adults and children, supervise junior staff, liaise with external agencies, and deliver safeguarding training across the hospital.
