Project Manager

Project Manager – Building Services Central London£70,000–£80,000 An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of a major decarbonisation and central plant replacement project in Central London.

Working within a live commercial building, you’ll be responsible for managing the project from planning through to commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors, programme, quality, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

The Role:

Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing programmes and day-to-day project delivery
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and design teams
• Planning shutdowns, plant changeovers and commissioning
• Monitoring health & safety, quality and progress
• Liaising with the client, consultants and site teams
• Supporting project handover and commercial activities

The project includes:

• Air & water source heat pumps
• Boiler & chiller replacement
• Heating & chilled water pipework
• Pumps, BMS and associated plant
• Major plant replacements, crane lifts and commissioning

Experience required 

• A Building Services background (mechanical preferred)
• Experience delivering plant replacement, energy or decarbonisation projects
• Experience working in live commercial buildings
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills
• SMSTS or IOSH
• CSCS Management Card

Package

• £70,000–£80,000 salary
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Overtime available
• Start date: Mid-August
