Are you an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to work on some of London’s most technically complex and high-profile construction projects?

We are partnering with a leading international construction consultancy that is expanding its specialist Data Centre team. As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering major mission-critical developments for some of the world’s most recognised technology and infrastructure clients.

This is a highly visible, client-facing position, ideal for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the forefront of an evolving sector.

Working as part of a dedicated Data Centre team, you will be responsible for providing commercial and cost management expertise across large-scale projects in London. You’ll be embedded within the client’s team several days per week, acting as a trusted advisor and helping to drive successful project outcomes from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering cost management services across major construction projects
  • Managing MEP cost planning, benchmarking and estimating
  • Producing and reviewing budgets, forecasts and cost reports
  • Supporting procurement and tendering activities
  • Assessing variations and change control processes
  • Working closely with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
  • Providing strategic commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring robust cost control and financial governance across complex developments

You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven cost management experience on major construction projects
  • Strong MEP expertise
  • Data centre project experience (highly desirable)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
  • MRICS qualified or working towards chartership would be advantageous

The role is offering a salary up to £85,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
