Theyarelookingforacandidatewhothrivesinafast-pacedenvironmentandwhocankeepoperationsrunningsmoothly.AstrongunderstandingofLogisticsandFreightForwardingisrequired.

Duetothenatureofthebusiness,strongadministrationskillsandgreatorganisationskillsareparamountforthisrole.Youwillalsobethemainpointofcontactforcustomersandthewiderteam;therefore,youneedtobeateasecommunicatingonalllevels.

KeyResponsibilitiesinclude:

• Routingandresourceplanning:Assigndriversandvansanddesigncost-effectivedailyroutes
• Paperwork&Admin:PreparationofalldeliverydocumentsinExcel
• TrackingandETAAccuracy:MonitordriversroutesandupdatecustomerswithaccurateETA’sviatrackingsystemssuchasFedEx,DHLandUPS
• File&RecordManagement:Keepalldocumentsorganised&accessible
• Communication:Youwillbethedirectlineofcontactforcustomers,driversandthewiderteam
• Invoicing:Generateinvoicesusingtheinternalsystem

• Highlyorganisedanddetailorientatedinallareas
