Car Sales Executive (Full-Time/Permanent)

Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 9am-5:30pm, Thursday: 9am-8pm, Friday: 9am-5pm, Saturday: 9am-1pm

We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our expert sales team at Bells Crossgar Motors. You will have a key role in delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customers journey, from first enquiry to the handover process. You must have strong communication and computer skills with a positive and confident attitude and a passion for selling cars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Point of Contact between the Customer and the Dealership.
• Greeting, listening and understanding the customers needs and requirements.
• Deliver proficient knowledge and customer-focused service throughout the car buying process.
• Provide available finance options, warranty coverage, accessory options, and contract terms while managing price negotiations.
• Assist with set up and placement of cars in showroom, forecourt and backlot.
• Complete all required paperwork efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure every sold vehicle undergoes showroom condition preparation before customer handover.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Full UK Driving License (Manual)
• Self-motivated, Positive and Determined Attitude
• Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Knowledge on the Automotive Markets and upcoming Key Trends
• Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive and result-orientated environment
• Strong Organisational Skills and Computer Literacy
• Good Negotiation and Time Management Skills
