Lead, Landlord Health & Safety Compliance

Karter Thomas Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead landlord health and safety compliance across a diverse residential property portfolio. You will lead a team of Compliance Officers and work with contractors and regulators to ensure full compliance and strong governance.
