Rail Community Safety Team Lead

South Western Railway in the UK is seeking a Rail Community Officer to lead the team, ensuring a secure environment for employees and customers and enabling them to go about their business without fear of violence, intimidation, or harassment.

You will identify training needs, assist briefing and planning, enforce railway legislation, prepare statements of evidence, attend court, patrol known crime hotspots, engage with staff and the public, and work with BTP colleagues.
