Family-Focused Visitor Experience Lead

National Trust in Castle Drogo, Exeter, seeks a Visitor Experience Officer to ensure visitors have a top day and to deliver engaging family-focused activities. You will update signage and information across the site, the website and social media, and support volunteers in daily operations.

You will coordinate events and experiences to tell Castle Drogo’s story on Dartmoor and work with the Visitor Experience team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
