Community Housing & Tenancy Support Officer

Cumberland Council is recruiting two full‑time, fixed‑term Tenancy Sustainment Officers to work across the North and West localities as part of an integrated response to preventing homelessness and ending rough sleeping.

The role involves visiting and supporting people off the streets into their own homes, building rapport to enable long-term change and sustainable tenancy management. Successful candidates will have outreach experience and strong communication skills.
