Strategic HRBP – Engineering (Gateshead & Rugby)

Asset Appointments partners with a global engineering leader to appoint a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Gateshead site of around 100 employees, supporting a newly acquired business in Rugby (≈30 employees). The role sits on the local leadership team and influences growth and change within a global matrix structure.

The successful candidate will visit Rugby two days per week, with a company vehicle provided as needed and travel/overnight expenses covered.
