Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice – Lead & Learn in Childcare

Little Characters in the United Kingdom offers a Level 3 apprenticeship training programme in childcare, with the opportunity to lead provision. The role is full-time and operates on a rota from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, across a 48-week year. Start date is 10th August or early September.

You will work with teachers to support individual or small groups, develop pupils’ learning, and contribute to resource creation and progress reporting, while aligning with apprenticeship standards.
