HR Apprentice: Launch Your Career in People Ops

Acora is recruiting an HR Apprentice in Solihull on a fixed term contract for 24 months. You will support day‑to‑day HR activities, onboarding, payroll preparations and reporting, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast‑paced HR environment and pursuing a recognised HR qualification.

You will learn all aspects of HR operations, including employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, employee relations support, and UK employment law, with occasional travel to other Acora offices.
