Chef Academy Apprentice
You’ll kick‑start your culinary career with hands‑on learning and real‑world experience in a professional kitchen environment. The program lasts 12 months and includes practical masterclasses, daily kitchen duties and personalised coaching.
Role responsibilities
- Work alongside professional chefs and support daily kitchen operations.
- Participate in masterclasses covering butchery, bread‑making, fish preparation and other core culinary skills.
- Apply techniques learned in a fast‑paced kitchen setting to gain real‑world experience.
- Support the team through all aspects of food preparation and service.
