Long Term Futures Ltd is recruiting a Year 5 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming OFSTED ‘Good’ two-form entry primary school in Northfield, Birmingham. The role provides whole-class support and delivers targeted interventions for pupils who require additional help to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning, KS2 experience, and a track record of supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.
