Warehouse Operations Lead

Securitas UK is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives and coordinate daily warehouse activities to achieve volume and efficiency targets. The role focuses on resource planning, loading/unloading, and maintaining high safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, hands-on, and capable of coordinating operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with regulations. Shifts include PM hours and a 40-hour workweek, with a 5 out of 7 pattern.
