Charity Shop Leader: Flexible Hours & Volunteer Team

Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice is seeking a hands‑on Shop Manager to lead one of our charity shops, supervising staff and volunteers to hit sales targets while maintaining high merchandising standards.

You’ll act as the charity’s ambassador in the local community, develop local donor relationships, run stock and cash handling tasks, and cooperate with the Shop Manager to motivate the team across evenings and weekends.
